The firm was founded on May 3, 2021, originally operating under the name Tang & Hong, with Cheryl Tang and Patrick Tan as the founding partners. Cheryl brings extensive experience in conveyancing practice, as well as valuable insights from her tenure at an international company secretarial firm. Patrick excels in a broad spectrum of litigation and corporate practices. The firm later welcomed Lock Jun Qi as a partner, prompting a rebranding to Tang Hong & Lock. Lock is proficient in handling complex commercial and construction disputes.
