Liyana Zainuddin
Liyana Zainuddin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2019. During her university years, she actively engaged in various programs organized by the Law Society and took on leadership roles. Prior to graduating, she gained valuable practical insights through internships at the Attorney General’s Chambers and Seremban Magistrate Court, where she developed a foundational understanding of legal procedures.
Liyana’s fervor for conveyancing reached new heights during her tenure at Messrs Khaled Mutang Chan & Lim as a Legal Associate.
Upon completing her studies, Liyana embarked on her pupillage at Messrs Atiah & Associates, immersing herself in both conveyancing and civil litigation. She was involved in drafting legal documents, preparing case materials, and managing various aspects of case preparation, all of which laid the groundwork for her burgeoning legal career. She was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor on January 11th, 2022.
Liyana’s fervor for conveyancing reached new heights during her tenure at Messrs Khaled Mutang Chan & Lim as a Legal Associate. In this capacity, she navigated the realm of conveyancing, particularly for high-stakes developer projects encompassing both residential and commercial properties.
